The 'Big Band' sound was the first thing i became aware of when I was young, mostly because of my mother's listening habits. I started piano lessons when I was 5 and-in the same year-I took part in a talent contest where I sang acapella.

I grew up on music during the Woodstock years and have been playing rock 'n' roll ever since. Fell in love with the bass guitar in the early 60's and haven't looked back since.
